This was before the new Snapback hype was in effect and took root in the Hip-Hop culture. There is a great controversy that surrounds this topic of who started the new Snapback trend.
Snapbacks didn't really matter very much back in the day, but now it has an importance in Hip-Hop fashion. Many arguments of Snapback Caps has left the originators of the original 90's Snapback trend puzzled. When they were first created Snapbacks were seen as items to show support to the local teams of the states. It is as if the true meaning of Snapback Caps is gone.
